Poised Brussels to fine Microsoft
The Commission is predictable to law that Microsoft has failed to entirely implement its 2004 antitrust decision.
Under the decision, Microsoft had to provide rivals with information about its Windows OS.
Microsoft said, on this Monday, it had begun to present the information Brussels had insisted, but the Commission has signaled the corporation acted too late.
In December, Brussels well-versed the software giant that it had botched to comply with the unique ruling it issued in March 2004.
At the moment of the warning, the Commission said Microsoft would face fines of up to 2m euros a day if it did not fulfill immediately.
As Microsoft has taken a further 6 months to start handing over information, professional believe the Commission will take the sight that the firm has been drama illegally since the caution.
