iRobot builds a splash with latest pool cleaners
With temperatures in the 50s, and spring around the place, a young man’s imagine turns to thoughts of … swimming pools.
Just in instant for spring, iRobot Corp. of Burlington at present revealed an expanded program of home robots designed to dirt free pools of leaves, dirt, and other wastes.
This season’s lineups of pool-cleaning Verro robots include the Verro 100, designed to spotless above-ground pools, and the Verro 500 for in-ground pools.
Suggested values for the Verro line choice from $399 to $999, iRobot said.
In addition to creation robots that clean vacuum your floors or clear your roof gutters of foliage, Verro iRobot designs robots mainly for the armed force services; its PackBots can explore battlefields and identify explosive gadgets, and yesterday iRobot said it is functioning on a communications robot that will give communications transportation to troops operating in thick urban areas.
